2give makes use of the services of a courier company. We can ship to any physical address within South Africa but unfortunately we do not ship to postal boxes. Delivery fees are not included in the price of the gift/hamper and are calculated depending on the gift ordered and the delivery destination. There is insurance included in the delivery fee for up to R1000. We do not make any money on the delivery fee and you are welcome to use your own transport, just contact us before you order.

Region A - Gauteng In-City (Overnight if you order before 14h00 weekdays)
From Pretoria in North to Alberton in South, Krugersdorp in West to Springs in East.
Prices: R62.22 - R71.93 (incl. VAT) per box depending on which hamper you order
Region B - Gauteng Intra-Regional Areas (2-3 working days)
Delivery within 70kms of JHB- Outside of Region D.
Prices: R134.21 - R221.83 (incl. VAT) per box depending on which hamper you order.
Region C - Major Centres (1-2 working days, contact us for Overnight prices)
Delivery to Major Centres in South Africa: Cape Town, George, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Nelspruit, East London, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein & Kimberley.
Prices: R115.78 - R190.89 (incl. VAT) per box depending on which hamper you order.
Region D - Regional Centres Delivery to Regional Centres- All areas not listed in Region A, B or C. (2-3 working days)
Townships: includes townships in major centres.
Prices: R147.42 - R247.56 (incl. VAT) per box depending on which hamper you order.

Delivery of Multiple Gifts
Our gifts are packed individually in boxes to protect them while in transit. When ordering multiple gifts to the same address, the courier is calculated on the sizes of the boxes.
*Delivery Times
Our gifts are sent overnight within Johannesburg and Pretoria, so you need to place your order before 14h00 (on a business day) and it will be delivered the next business day before 12h00. That means that if you place an order on a Friday, it will only be delivered on a Monday or if you order on a Sunday, it will only be delivered on Tuesday. Delivery to Major Centres takes 1-2 working days, please contact us should you want the overnight prices. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays but please contact us info@2give.co.za should you require special delivery days which will be subject to an extra delivery charge. Some major centres may experience later delivery times as we are restricted by flight schedules. Regional Centres and outlying areas have a 2-3 working days delivery time and may even take longer to extremely remote areas. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, although we will make every effort to deliver as early as possible.
International Deliveries
We, currently, only deliver within South Africa. Should you require an international delivery, please contact info@2give.co.za
Undeliverable Packages/ Double Delivery
Should any of the following situations arise: incorrect delivery address received from customer or no one is available to receive your gift. The gift will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to arrange a re-scheduled delivery. Note that you will be charged your delivery fee again. This is because 2give outsources all deliveries and therefore will be charged for each and every delivery, this delivery cost is then passed onto you. Please ensure that you give the correct delivery details on your order and ensure someone responsible is there to sign and receive your order. 2give will not be held responsible whatsoever should parcels be signed for at the delivery address provided.
