How to Shop Online:
A step by step guide to using the online shop:
1.) Browse the online shop www.2give.co.za
2.) Add products to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the desired product and then click "Add to Cart".
3.) If you would like to add extra items to your hamper, use the check boxes below the hamper description.
4.) Click ' SHOPPING CART' in the right hand side of the screen to confirm the items in your shopping cart. You can change the number of products and delete items if you wish. The additional items you add do not show as separate line items but they are included in the total amount. You can check your approximate delivery charges by clicking on 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING'
5.) Click 'CHECKOUT' to start processing the order. .
6.) If you are a new customer, create a new profile or alternatively, just log-in.
7.) STEP 1 of 3: The system automatically chooses your address as the shipping address. To change this, click 'CHANGE ADDRESS' and fill in the recipient's address details. Choose your Desired Delivery Date and fill in any delivery instructions and the message on tag. Click 'CONTINUE CHECKOUT'.
8.) STEP 2 of 3: Tick that you have reda the 'Terms & Conditions' and check your order details or make amendments (you add your discount coupon code here) and select your payment method: Credit Card or EFT and click 'CONTINUE CHECKOUT'.
11.) STEP 3 of 3: Check your order details and click 'CONFIRM'.
12.) Make payment using a payment method (Credit Card, EFT or Cash Deposit).
Payment Options
We offer a number of payment options to help make your purchase with us as efficient as possible.
1.) Credit Card Purchases
We accept the following cards:

Credit Card Transactions are completely safe and acquired by MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd, a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa. This is a separate entity to us and MyGate specialises in online credit card security. Card Holders may go to www.mygate.co.za to view MyGate's security policy.
2.) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ Cash Deposit
Transfer the purchase amount directly to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Inter-bank transfers take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account and transfers from other banks take up to 48 hours to clear.
All orders will only be shipped once the amount is reflected in our account.

3.) Corporate Accounts
2give will consider accounts to corporate users. If you wish to open an account with us or for further information please email accounts@2give.co.za
We reserve the right to accept and/or execute an order and/or cancel any account by any account holders at our discretion.
Refund and Return Policy
We are so confident that our hampers/gifts will meet your approval, that if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the hamper or gift purchased from us,we will refund the cost of the hamper/gift or send a replacement, provided that all contents of the hamper are returned to us in their original condition within 5 working days of receipt of the hamper. We must however be notified on the day of delivery should you not be satisfied. If for any reason a hamper/gift needs to be returned to us, please note that the customer is liable for any shipping/courier charges.
Any grievances regarding the standard and quality of the gifts must be sent to info@2give.co.za.
Please note that all refunds will be made to the person who originally purchased the hamper/gift.
